### sec.435P Inquiry about application Before deciding the application, the chief executive— may make inquiries to decide the suitability of the applicant under section 435E (1) (b) ; and may, by a notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the chief executive within the reasonable period of at least 30 days stated in the notice, further information or a document the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application. The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated period, the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1) (b) . A notice under subsection (1) (b) must be given to the applicant within 30 days after the chief executive receives the application.
