### sec.435D Applying for approval to operate approved biosecurity accreditation scheme
A person may apply to the chief executive for approval to operate an approved biosecurity accreditation scheme.
An application for approval must—
identify the scheme; and
identify the places where the applicant proposes to implement and operate the scheme; and
include details of the applicant’s proposed plan for operating the scheme; and
include details of the applicant’s biosecurity accreditation system relevant to the scheme.
Subsection (2) does not limit the information that may be required under the approved form for the application for approval.

(sec.435D-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for approval to operate an approved biosecurity accreditation scheme.
(sec.435D-ssec.2) An application for approval must— identify the scheme; and identify the places where the applicant proposes to implement and operate the scheme; and include details of the applicant’s proposed plan for operating the scheme; and include details of the applicant’s biosecurity accreditation system relevant to the scheme.
(sec.435D-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not limit the information that may be required under the approved form for the application for approval.
