### sec.435B Applying for approval of biosecurity accreditation scheme The owner of a biosecurity accreditation scheme may apply to the chief executive for approval of the scheme. The application must be accompanied by a document that sets out— governance and administration arrangements for the ownership, operation and management of the scheme; and arrangements, procedures and controls for each of the functions of a biosecurity accreditation scheme mentioned in section 435A .
