### sec.435 Accreditation continues pending decision about renewal If an accredited certifier applies for renewal of an accreditation under this part, the accreditation is taken to continue in force from the day it would, apart from this section, have ended until the application is decided or, under this part, taken to have been decided or is taken to have been withdrawn. However, if the chief executive decides to refuse to renew the accreditation, or is taken to refuse to renew the accreditation, the accreditation continues in force until the information notice for the decision is given to the applicant. Subsection (1) does not apply if the accreditation is earlier suspended or cancelled.
