### sec.431 Register
The chief executive must keep a register of accredited certifiers.
The register must contain the following particulars for each accredited certifier—
the accredited certifier’s name and contact details;
the accreditation conditions imposed on the accredited certifier’s accreditation;
the term of the accreditation.
The register may be kept in the form, including electronic form, the chief executive considers appropriate.
The chief executive may publish the register on the department’s website.

(sec.431-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of accredited certifiers.
