### sec.426 Decision on application
If the chief executive decides to grant the accreditation, the chief executive must give the accreditation to the applicant.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the accreditation, or to impose conditions on the accreditation under section 430 (1) , the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
(sec.426-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant the accreditation, the chief executive must give the accreditation to the applicant.
(sec.426-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the accreditation, or to impose conditions on the accreditation under section 430 (1) , the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
