### sec.421 Additional application requirements for ICA scheme If the grant of accreditation is for the purposes of the applicant’s participation in the ICA scheme, the application must— identify the operational procedures provided for under the scheme and that are directly relevant to the proposed grant of accreditation; and include details of the applicant’s ICA system relevant to each operational procedure; and identify the biosecurity matter to be covered by the accreditation; and if relevant to the accreditation, identify the chemicals to be covered by the accreditation and include evidence that the applicant is suitably authorised to deal with the chemicals. - (a) identify the operational procedures provided for under the scheme and that are directly relevant to the proposed grant of accreditation; and - (b) include details of the applicant’s ICA system relevant to each operational procedure; and - (c) identify the biosecurity matter to be covered by the accreditation; and - (d) if relevant to the accreditation, identify the chemicals to be covered by the accreditation and include evidence that the applicant is suitably authorised to deal with the chemicals.
