### sec.409 Complying with compliance agreement
A person who is a party to a compliance agreement with the State must comply with the agreement unless the person has a lawful or reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—600 penalty units.
In a proceeding for an offence against subsection (1) , it is a defence for the person to prove that the person took all reasonable steps to comply with the compliance agreement.
