### sec.394 What is a compliance certificate
A compliance certificate is a certificate—
issued under a compliance agreement by a person authorised by the other party to the agreement to give the certificate; and
stating that the measures proposed for preventing or managing exposure to all biosecurity risks relating to the biosecurity risk matter for the agreement have been carried out.
