### sec.388 Terms of injunction
The District Court may grant an injunction in the terms the court considers appropriate.
Without limiting subsection (1) , an injunction may be granted restraining a person from carrying on a business or carrying out another activity—
for a stated period; or
except on stated terms and conditions.
Also, the court may grant an injunction requiring a person to take stated action, including action to disclose information or publish advertisements, to remedy any adverse consequences of the person’s conduct.
(sec.388-ssec.1) The District Court may grant an injunction in the terms the court considers appropriate.
(sec.388-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , an injunction may be granted restraining a person from carrying on a business or carrying out another activity— for a stated period; or except on stated terms and conditions.
(sec.388-ssec.3) Also, the court may grant an injunction requiring a person to take stated action, including action to disclose information or publish advertisements, to remedy any adverse consequences of the person’s conduct.
