### sec.386 Who may apply for an injunction
The chief executive or chief executive officer may apply to the District Court for an injunction in relation to the conduct.
However, a chief executive officer may apply for an injunction in relation to the conduct only if the conduct relates to invasive biosecurity matter for the local government’s area.
(sec.386-ssec.1) The chief executive or chief executive officer may apply to the District Court for an injunction in relation to the conduct.
