### sec.360 Fines payable to local government
This section applies if—
a proceeding for an offence about a matter is taken by a local government; and
a court imposes a fine for the offence.
The fine must be paid to the local government.
(sec.360-ssec.1) This section applies if— a proceeding for an offence about a matter is taken by a local government; and a court imposes a fine for the offence.
(sec.360-ssec.2) The fine must be paid to the local government.
