### sec.322 Offence to contravene personal details requirement A person of whom a personal details requirement is made must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. A person may not be convicted of an offence against subsection (1) unless the person is found guilty of the offence, or the court decides the person is responsible for the biosecurity risk, in relation to which the personal details requirement was made.
