### sec.320 Power to remove or reduce biosecurity risk after entering place
This section applies if—
an authorised officer enters a place after obtaining a warrant; and
the warrant authorises the authorised officer to exercise powers in relation to a biosecurity risk.
The authorised officer may take the steps necessary in the circumstances to remove or reduce the biosecurity risk stated in the warrant, or to prevent the biosecurity risk from recurring, including seizing a thing.
(sec.320-ssec.1) This section applies if— an authorised officer enters a place after obtaining a warrant; and the warrant authorises the authorised officer to exercise powers in relation to a biosecurity risk.
(sec.320-ssec.2) The authorised officer may take the steps necessary in the circumstances to remove or reduce the biosecurity risk stated in the warrant, or to prevent the biosecurity risk from recurring, including seizing a thing.
- (a) an authorised officer enters a place after obtaining a warrant; and
- (b) the warrant authorises the authorised officer to exercise powers in relation to a biosecurity risk.
