### sec.308 Access to seized thing
Until a seized thing is forfeited or returned, the authorised officer who seized the thing must allow an owner of the thing—
to inspect it at any reasonable time and from time to time; and
if it is a document—to copy it.
Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
The inspection or copying must be allowed free of charge.
