### sec.301 Seizure of property subject to security
An authorised officer may seize a thing, and exercise powers relating to the thing, despite a lien or other security over it claimed by another person.
However, the seizure does not affect the other person’s claim to the lien or other security against a person other than the authorised officer or a person acting for the officer.
