### sec.299 Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
An authorised officer who enters a place the authorised officer may enter under this Act without the consent of an occupier of the place and without a warrant under section 273 (2) may seize a thing at the place if the authorised officer reasonably believes the thing is evidence of an offence against this Act.
Subsection (1) applies even if the entry is under a warrant issued under section 273 (3) .
