### sec.286 Application of div 1 This division applies if an authorised officer reasonably suspects, or is aware, that— a thing in or on a vehicle may provide evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act; or a vehicle, or a thing in or on the vehicle, may pose a biosecurity risk. - (a) a thing in or on a vehicle may provide evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act; or - (b) a vehicle, or a thing in or on the vehicle, may pose a biosecurity risk.
