### sec.260 Power to enter place to ascertain if biosecurity risk exists This section applies if an authorised officer reasonably believes there may be a biosecurity risk at a place. The authorised officer may, at reasonable times, enter the place to find out whether there is a biosecurity risk at the place. See, however, the restrictions on entry under section 259 (2) .
