### sec.258 Reference to document includes reference to reproductions from electronic document A reference in this chapter to a document includes a reference to an image or writing— produced from an electronic document; or not yet produced, but reasonably capable of being produced, from an electronic document, with or without the aid of another article or device. - (a) produced from an electronic document; or - (b) not yet produced, but reasonably capable of being produced, from an electronic document, with or without the aid of another article or device.
