### sec.241 Access to authorisation From the start of a biosecurity program until the end of the program, copies of the program authorisation for the program must be available for inspection or purchase at— if the program is authorised by the chief executive—the department’s head office and the department’s regional offices, if any, in the area to which the program applies; and if the program is authorised by a local government—the local government’s public office; and if the biosecurity program is authorised by an invasive animal board—the board’s public office. - (a) if the program is authorised by the chief executive—the department’s head office and the department’s regional offices, if any, in the area to which the program applies; and - (b) if the program is authorised by a local government—the local government’s public office; and - (c) if the biosecurity program is authorised by an invasive animal board—the board’s public office.
