### sec.238 Failure to comply with direction
A person who is given a direction under section 237 (1) (a) must comply with the direction unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) if the person is not given an offence warning for the direction.
