### sec.218 Decision on application
If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must issue the permit to the applicant.
If the chief executive refuses to grant the application, or agrees to grant the application on conditions other than those applied for, the chief executive must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice for the decision to refuse or to grant on conditions.
(sec.218-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must issue the permit to the applicant.
