### sec.185 Application of sdiv 2 This subdivision applies if— a person (the receiver ) takes delivery at a place of a special designated animal that has been moved to the place from another place; and under the approved device requirement, the animal was required, for the movement, to be fitted with an approved device; and on the taking of delivery of the animal, the receiver is, or becomes, a registrable biosecurity entity for the keeping of the animal. - (a) a person (the receiver ) takes delivery at a place of a special designated animal that has been moved to the place from another place; and - (b) under the approved device requirement, the animal was required, for the movement, to be fitted with an approved device; and - (c) on the taking of delivery of the animal, the receiver is, or becomes, a registrable biosecurity entity for the keeping of the animal.
