### sec.159 Display of information about registered biosecurity entity
This section applies if hives that a registered biosecurity entity uses for the keeping of bees are located other than on land that is or that is adjacent to land that is residential land of the entity.
The entity must, on 1 of the hives, or in a conspicuous place within the hives, display a notice that complies with the requirements, and contains the information relating to the entity’s registration under this part, prescribed under a regulation.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
In this section—
residential land , of a registered biosecurity entity, means land on which is located the usual place of residence of—
the entity; or
an executive officer, agent or employee of the entity.
(sec.159-ssec.1) This section applies if hives that a registered biosecurity entity uses for the keeping of bees are located other than on land that is or that is adjacent to land that is residential land of the entity.
(sec.159-ssec.2) The entity must, on 1 of the hives, or in a conspicuous place within the hives, display a notice that complies with the requirements, and contains the information relating to the entity’s registration under this part, prescribed under a regulation. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
