### sec.149 Registration of biosecurity entity On receiving from a person an application for registration, the chief executive must consider the application and, if it complies with the requirements for an application, must as soon as practicable— register the person as a registered biosecurity entity in the biosecurity register; and advise the person of the registration. s 149 amd 2016 No. 28 s 43 - (a) register the person as a registered biosecurity entity in the biosecurity register; and - (b) advise the person of the registration.
