### sec.130 Effect of biosecurity zone regulatory provisions A permit or other authorisation given under an Act other than for the purpose of managing, reducing or eradicating regulated biosecurity matter in relation to a biosecurity zone or areas outside a biosecurity zone is of no effect, while biosecurity zone regulatory provisions are in force, to the extent it is inconsistent with the provisions. A permit to travel designated animals along a stock route given under legislation relating to the control and management of stock routes would not be effective to authorise travel that is prohibited under biosecurity zone regulatory provisions while the provisions are in force.
