### sec.126 Compliance with movement control order
A person to whom a movement control order applies must comply with the order.
Maximum penalty—2,000 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) does not commit an offence against the subsection if the person—
did not know, and ought not reasonably to have known, of the existence of the order; or
has a reasonable excuse for not complying with the order.

(sec.126-ssec.1) A person to whom a movement control order applies must comply with the order. Maximum penalty—2,000 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
(sec.126-ssec.2) A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) does not commit an offence against the subsection if the person— did not know, and ought not reasonably to have known, of the existence of the order; or has a reasonable excuse for not complying with the order. See also section 132 (6) .
