### sec.110 Relationship to other Acts
Nothing in this part prevents a person from declaring a disaster situation or another emergency under another Act ( another declaration ).
However, the existence of another declaration does not prevent the declaration of a biosecurity emergency under this part.

In this section—
disaster situation means a disaster situation declared under the Disaster Management Act 2003 .
(sec.110-ssec.1) Nothing in this part prevents a person from declaring a disaster situation or another emergency under another Act ( another declaration ).
