### sec.102 Incidental entry to ask for access
For the purpose of asking the occupier of a place for consent to enter the place on behalf of the building authority for a barrier fence part, a barrier fence employee of the authority may, without the occupier’s consent—
enter land around premises at the place to an extent that is reasonable to contact the occupier; or
enter part of the place the employee reasonably considers members of the public ordinarily are allowed to enter when they wish to contact an occupier of the place.
