### sec.100 Appointment of barrier fence employees The building authority for a barrier fence part may, by instrument in writing, appoint a person employed or engaged by the authority to exercise powers under this Act in relation to the barrier fence part. However, the building authority may appoint the person only if it is satisfied the person is appropriately qualified. A person appointed under this section is a barrier fence employee . (sec.100-ssec.1) The building authority for a barrier fence part may, by instrument in writing, appoint a person employed or engaged by the authority to exercise powers under this Act in relation to the barrier fence part.
