### sch.3-sec.91 Dealing with prescribed substances relating to contaminants
This section applies if—
before the commencement, the standards officer or an inspector gives a person a notice under the amended Act, section 16(1) or (2) not to take particular action other than as permitted by the notice; and
the notice relates to a residue of a chemical that is a contaminant; and
immediately before the commencement, the person had not complied with the notice.
From the commencement—
the notice is taken to be a biosecurity order given by an inspector under section 373 in the same terms as the notice given under the amended Act; and
the stated period continues to apply for taking the action; and
the period continues to have started from when the period started under the amended Act, section 16.
