### sch.3-sec.88 Lodging returns and furnishing lists under the repealed Act, s 27 Subsection (2) applies if— before the commencement, a person is required under the repealed Act, section 27(6) to lodge a return; and immediately before the commencement, the person has not lodged the return. The repealed Act, section 27(6) and (8) continues to apply to the person from the commencement as if this Act had not been enacted, and the period for lodging the return— continues to apply for lodging the return; and continues to have started from when the period started under previous section 27(6). Subsection (4) applies if— before the commencement, a person is required under the repealed Act, section 27(7) to furnish a list; and immediately before the commencement, the person has not furnished the list. The repealed Act, section 27(8) continues to apply to the person from the commencement as if this Act had not been enacted, and the period stated in the request to furnish the list— continues to apply for furnishing the list; and continues to have started from when the period started under the repealed Act, section 27(7).
