### sch.3-sec.61 Existing exemptions If, immediately before the commencement, a person was exempted from a previous provision of a repealed Act or the amended Act, on the commencement— if there is a corresponding provision for the previous provision—the person is taken to be exempted from the corresponding provision; or otherwise—the exemption continues to apply according to its terms as if this Act had not been enacted. - (a) if there is a corresponding provision for the previous provision—the person is taken to be exempted from the corresponding provision; or - (b) otherwise—the exemption continues to apply according to its terms as if this Act had not been enacted.
