### sch.3-sec.129 Notice directing restoration of declared pest fence
This section applies to a notice given before the commencement by a building authority under the amended Act, section 53 to restore a declared pest fence to the condition it was in before the fence was damaged or opened.
From the commencement—
the notice is taken to be a notice given under section 96 of the Act by the building authority (the new building authority ) for the barrier fence part in the area to which the notice relates to restore the fence to the condition it was in before the fence was damaged or opened; and
the stated day by which the fence must be restored continues to apply for the restoration; and
the notice may be enforced by the new building authority.
(sch.3-sec.129-ssec.1) This section applies to a notice given before the commencement by a building authority under the amended Act, section 53 to restore a declared pest fence to the condition it was in before the fence was damaged or opened.
