### sch.3-sec.118 Existing approvals for particular places to remain unregistered
This section applies if—
the owner of a registrable place has been given an approval under the repealed Act for the place to remain unregistered; and
the owner keeps fewer than the threshold number of designated animals; and
the approval is in force immediately before the commencement.
On the commencement, the approval is taken to be a registration exemption given under section 146 to the owner.
(sch.3-sec.118-ssec.1) This section applies if— the owner of a registrable place has been given an approval under the repealed Act for the place to remain unregistered; and the owner keeps fewer than the threshold number of designated animals; and the approval is in force immediately before the commencement.
(sch.3-sec.118-ssec.2) On the commencement, the approval is taken to be a registration exemption given under section 146 to the owner.
