### sch.3-sec.109 Existing pest surveillance programs
This section applies to a pest surveillance program authorised under the repealed Act, section 20B, and in force immediately before the commencement.
On the commencement, the program—
is taken to be a surveillance program authorised by the chief executive under chapter 9; and
continues to have effect for the period it would have had effect under the repealed Act.
(sch.3-sec.109-ssec.1) This section applies to a pest surveillance program authorised under the repealed Act, section 20B, and in force immediately before the commencement.
(sch.3-sec.109-ssec.2) On the commencement, the program— is taken to be a surveillance program authorised by the chief executive under chapter 9; and continues to have effect for the period it would have had effect under the repealed Act.
- (a) is taken to be a surveillance program authorised by the chief executive under chapter 9; and
- (b) continues to have effect for the period it would have had effect under the repealed Act.
