### sec.51 Transitional provision for Criminal Law (Coercive Control and Affirmative Consent) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024
Sections 6, 11 and 16, as amended by the Criminal Law (Coercive Control and Affirmative Consent) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 , apply in relation to the release of a person on bail on or after the commencement.
For subsection (1), it is irrelevant whether the offence in relation to which the decision is made happened, or the proceeding for the offence was started, before or after the commencement.
