### sec.28B Warrant authority to apprehend defendant on other charges A warrant issued under section 28 or 28A (1) (a) , (b) , (c) or (e) to apprehend a defendant for the reason that the defendant failed to surrender into custody shall be sufficient authority for a police officer to whom it is directed to apprehend the defendant upon any other charge in respect of which the defendant failed to surrender into custody at the same court, time and place or sittings as the defendant was required to surrender into custody on the charge in respect of which the warrant was issued. s 28B ins 1988 No. 105 s 20 amd 1993 No. 34 s 2 sch ; 2003 No. 3 s 2C
