### sec.19A Consideration of unrecorded convictions
This section applies to a person in custody in connection with a charge of an offence if the person has previously been found guilty of an offence, as a child, without a conviction being recorded.
A court or police officer deciding whether to release the person or keep the person in custody may have regard to the finding.
