### sec.94D Effect of reinstatement
On the reinstatement of an association’s registration—
the association is taken to have continued in existence as if it had not been deregistered; and
a member of the management committee of the association immediately before the deregistration again becomes a member of the management committee of the association; and
any property of the association that is still vested in the public trustee revests in the association; and
if the association held property subject to a security or other interest or claim, the association takes the property subject to the security or other interest or claim.
However, reinstatement does not affect anything done, before the reinstatement, by the public trustee under this Act in relation to the association’s property on its deregistration.
