### sec.94A Definitions for part In this part— deregistered association means an association that— has been deregistered under the provisions of the Corporations Act applied under part 10 ; or has been dissolved under the repealed part 5.6 , division 8 of the Corporations Law; or has had its incorporation cancelled under section 92C , 93 or 93B . s 94A def deregistered association amd 2001 No. 45 s 29 sch 3 ; 2020 No. 17 s 38 (2) , (3) ; 2022 No. 27 s 83 deregistration means— deregistration under the provisions of the Corporations Act applied under part 10 ; or dissolution under the repealed part 5.6 , division 8 of the Corporations Law; or cancellation of incorporation under section 92C , 93 or 93B . s 94A def deregistration amd 2001 No. 45 s 29 sch 3 ; 2020 No. 17 s 38 (2) , (3) ; 2022 No. 27 s 83 reinstate , the registration of an association, includes reinstate the registration of an association dissolved under the repealed part 5.6 , division 8 of the Corporations Law. s 94A ins 1999 No. 63 s 14 amd 2020 No. 17 s 38 - (a) has been deregistered under the provisions of the Corporations Act applied under part 10 ; or - (b) has been dissolved under the repealed part 5.6 , division 8 of the Corporations Law; or - (c) has had its incorporation cancelled under section 92C , 93 or 93B . - (a) deregistration under the provisions of the Corporations Act applied under part 10 ; or - (b) dissolution under the repealed part 5.6 , division 8 of the Corporations Law; or - (c) cancellation of incorporation under section 92C , 93 or 93B .
