### sec.85 Certificate of incorporation
On registration of a new association, the chief executive must issue the association with a certificate of incorporation.
However, the chief executive may act under subsection (1) only if each of the existing certificates of incorporation of the old associations applying for amalgamation into the new association has been returned to the chief executive or the chief executive is satisfied that the certificate has been lost or destroyed.
