### sec.80 Members may resolve to amalgamate
An incorporated association may, by special resolution, decide to amalgamate with 1 or more other incorporated associations to form a single incorporated association.
Within 3 months after the resolution is passed, the association must give notice of it, in the approved form, to the chief executive.
Maximum penalty—1 penalty unit.
