### sec.69A Functions of secretary
The secretary’s functions include—
calling meetings of the incorporated association, including preparing notices of a meeting and of the business to be conducted at the meeting in consultation with the president of the association; and
keeping minutes of each meeting; and
keeping copies of all correspondence and other documents relating to the association; and
maintaining the association’s register of members.
Subsection (1) —
does not limit any other function the secretary has under any other provision of this Act; and
does not prevent an association’s rules from stating other functions for the secretary.
