### sec.62 Election of management committee The members of the management committee shall be elected at the annual general meeting or any general meeting of the incorporated association in accordance with its rules. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) the rules of an incorporated association may permit the management committee to fill a casual vacancy on the management committee.
