### sec.60 Management committee Subject to this Act, the business and operations of an incorporated association shall be controlled by a management committee. Every member of the management committee and any manager duly appointed by the management committee acting in the business or operations of the incorporated association shall be deemed to be the agent of the incorporated association for all purposes within its objects. The acts of a member of the management committee shall be valid notwithstanding any defect that may afterwards be discovered in the member’s appointment or qualifications. (sec.60-ssec.1) Subject to this Act, the business and operations of an incorporated association shall be controlled by a management committee. (sec.60-ssec.2) Every member of the management committee and any manager duly appointed by the management committee acting in the business or operations of the incorporated association shall be deemed to be the agent of the incorporated association for all purposes within its objects. (sec.60-ssec.3) The acts of a member of the management committee shall be valid notwithstanding any defect that may afterwards be discovered in the member’s appointment or qualifications.
