### sec.59C Inspection of financial documents by member This section applies if a member of an incorporated association asks the association to— make a financial document of the association available for inspection by the member at a mutually convenient time and place; or give the member a copy of a financial document of the association. The association’s secretary must comply with the request within 28 days after the request is made. Maximum penalty—4 penalty units. The incorporated association may require the member to pay the reasonable costs of giving a copy of the financial document.
