### sec.57 Management committee to ensure association complies with its rules for meetings
The members of the management committee of an incorporated association must ensure that the association complies with its rules about the calling and holding of meetings.
Maximum penalty for each member of the management committee—10 penalty units.
It is a defence to a prosecution of a member of the management committee for an offence against subsection (1) for the member to prove he or she took all reasonable steps to ensure the association complied with the subsection.

(sec.57-ssec.1) The members of the management committee of an incorporated association must ensure that the association complies with its rules about the calling and holding of meetings. Maximum penalty for each member of the management committee—10 penalty units.
(sec.57-ssec.2) It is a defence to a prosecution of a member of the management committee for an offence against subsection (1) for the member to prove he or she took all reasonable steps to ensure the association complied with the subsection.
