### sec.53 Secretary must make rules available to members if asked
A member of an incorporated association may ask the association’s secretary for a copy of the association’s rules.
The secretary may require the member to pay an amount to the secretary to cover the reasonable costs of providing the copy to the member.
The secretary must give the member a complete copy of the association’s rules as soon as practicable after the member pays any reasonable costs required under subsection (2) .
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —1 penalty unit.
